I picked the ground glass on the beach on Ven, the beautiful island in the Sound. It has been sanded by the sea for a long time and given a nice velvety matte surface. I have washed the glass and drilled holes in it. Otherwise, it is just as the sea has shaped it. I look for pieces that go well together and make earrings out of them. The ear hooks are made of genuine
