I mentioned the intensity but keep in mind that it is very well balanced

Servin, Chablis Preuses Size:6x750ml concentrated and gently sweet(from a . 69 ha parcel planted in 1956). A reserved but exceptionally pretty nose somewhat grudgingly offers up its aromas of notably spicier white orchard fruit and cool floral whiffs along with hints of shrimp shell and iodine. There is better volume still if perhaps not quite the same minerality on the strikingly textured and hugely long finish that offers just a bit more complexity. This is excellent and worth considering.
