Simon Bize, Latricieres Chambertin other_regions The 2001 is still quite(from leased, 30 year old vines that previously were exploited by Domaine Ponsot until 1994). This too is a large scaled wine that is surprisingly dense in the context of the vintage with beautifully pure fruit, intensely mineral flavors that are also rich and serious. Excellent length to go with the pure. slightly austere style. Beautiful wine but for the patient.
