A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot not allowed in the area it is called "Ateo" or athiest, in defiance of the restrictive winemaking laws of Italy. Brother & sister Paolo & Lucia Bianchini currently lead the estate preceded by their father Giuseppe.
