Philippe Charlopin-Parizot, Chambolle Musigny Brut Zero Noticeable but still discreet wood(from Les Herbues and Les Gamaires). Restrained aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum liqueur and violet serve as an elegant introduction to the suave and seductively textured medium bodied flavors that exude a lovely minerality that adds a sense of lift to the lingering and balanced finish. This is a richer style of Chambolle villages but no less elegant for it.
