As is usually the case this is notably more elegant than the straight Chablis with its nose of pretty citrus
Joaquin, Piante Lapio Fiano Vintage:2013 and there is an enthrallingBtonnage and aged in chestnut and acacia. Deep honey colour. Still has some fruit admittedly in a corset of chewiness. I think I'd prefer to drink a more youthful version. But well done for trying and adding to the Fiano canon. (JR)
