Small Wonder 2025 Tamar Valley Chardonnay Size:Single Bottle plus a touch of roastedHand harvested in late March, the fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented using native yeasts in French oak, with 25% new barrels adding subtle complexity. Gentle lees stirring through fermentation and maturation builds richness and weight, while 10 months in barrel brings harmony and depth. Lightly filtered and bottled, the result is a refined, expressive Chardonnay that speaks clearly of its vineyard and season.
