Un Pas de Côté 2024 Le Temps des Cerises Beaujolais yield an elegant and vibrantAfter several blends used by Axel Prufer to create this label, this year Un Pas de Cote is a pure Grenache. The vines grow on granite quartz soils and the minerality is pronounced. The grapes undergo carbonic maceration for a period of two weeks. Result: a splendid Grenache.
