2020 Edizione Rosso Limited Release Vigneti-Zabu-Farnese Rhône-Nord sweet cedar and woodshopThis limited release edition of Cinque Autoctoni is made from Montepulciano, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. The grapes come from municipalities of Colonnella, Ortona, Sava and Manduria. After soft crushing the grapes are left to dry on the plant and the harvest begins a month later. Maceration fermentation for 25 30 days, malolactic fermentation in barrique and aging for 18 months.
