Trenette is the typical pasta from Liguria and the pasta we get the best response to. It is reminiscent of tagliatelle, only thinner, and makes room for even the perfectly fine and delicate sauces. We think it is best enjoyed with Made by Mama's truffle butter, a good pesto or a seafood sauce.
