Bongani, Shiraz/Merlot, Swartland, Sydafrika Alba TypeBrut ChampagneThe wine appears intense red in the glass with an almost black core. Notes of ripe black berries, licorice and warm spices flow from the glass. In the mouth, the wine is rich, full bodied and beautifully balanced. The same notes as in the fragrance are found here, supplemented with hints of pepper and nicely integrated tannins. The wine shows all the fruit, power and warmth of South Africa in one glass, and lingers in the mouth for a long time.
